Peanut Butter Protein Balls
I have an amazing recipe to share with you. It was actually given to me by a very good friend. Another friend of ours had a party and Arin brought these little balls of awesomeness and I feel in love! LOL. Seriously, they are AMAZING!!! The best part is, they are healthy!
- 1/2 c ground flaxseed
- 1 c coconut flakes
- 1/3 c honey
- 1/2 c PB2 or peanut butter
- 1 c oatmeal
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein shake I love designer whey brand which I linked
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Add honey and PB2 together first. (If using peanut butter, mix together until peanut butter is soft.) Add in oatmeal, stirring until completely mixed. Add coconut flakes, flaxseed and vanilla until completely mixed.
- If using PB2, place in the fridge before making into balls for at least 20 to 30 minutes. If using regular peanut butter, continue on to step three.
- Make into balls
