Keto Pizza Crust / Pepperoni Pizza
All you need are a few simple ingredients to make this delicious Keto crust.
Ingredients needed to make Keto Pizza Crust:
¾ cup almond flour ( for this we used Bob’s Red Mill)
Pizza Sauce (since doing this recipe, we have a child diagnosed with a soy allergy SO we use a soy free pizza sauce)
2 cups mozzarella shredded cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning (if desired)

Directions to make Keto pizza crust:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a microwave safe bowl add almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese.
Mix well and microwave for 1 minute.
Mix really well.
Add egg and Italian seasonings.
Microwave for 30 seconds.
Mix well until a ball of dough forms. Sandwich ball of dough between two large pieces of parchments paper. Roll out dough evenly to form a pizza crust shape.
Bake at 425 for about 10 mins or until golden brown.
Remove crust, place toppings on pizza and put back in the oven for approximately 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
