DIY Men’s Bodywash With Essential Oils
This is a very simple recipe that doesn’t require much work in making or in terms of ingredients. I want to break down the ingredients in this men’s body wash recipe so you can see how each ingredient will benefit his body when he showers. He may not ever read this, but you will know the time and effort spent in taking care of our men and how much more beneficial DIY Men’s Body Wash really is!
Castile Soap | Castile soap is a great base for body wash. It is biodegradable and will gently clean your body without any harsh chemicals.
Spearmint Essential Oil | With colder months upon us, I reached for spearmint essential oil. It gives a warm and minty aroma but also is great for dry and itchy skin. If your man suffers from dry skin issues, this is a great oil to use. Spearmint is also great for relieving stress and anxiety.
Patchouli Essential Oil | This oil is wonderful for the skin in so many ways. It aids in relief from dry skin, eczema, acne, healing of wounds and scars, and the list goes on. This is a great essential oil to help give our skin some love. Plus, this is more of a manly smell, so I think the guy in your life can appreciate it.
Jojoba Oil| Moisturizes and protects your skin by adding a nice thin coating of oil to help ward off harsh elements around you. Jojoba is also great for hair health and is packed full of vitamins which is great for your body.
Vitamin E Oil | Vitamin E is great for softening and moisturizing the skin. If you have any cuts, scrapes or minor abrasions that are not fully healed, vitamin E is great to apply to your scars to help diminish the effects.
As you can see, each one of the ingredients used in this DIY Men’s Body Wash has a great benefit to the overall health and cleanliness of that special man in your life. All he has to do is lather his washcloth and scrub away. He feels good and you feel good knowing that he’s enjoying the fantastic body wash you made for him.
